4. Client Responsibility

Clients are advised to verify all property documents, legal clearances, and financial terms before finalizing any deal. Bhagwat Realty can assist but is not legally liable for client decisions.

5. Interior Design Services

Interior design services are offered as a value-added service and are subject to a separate agreement and scope of work.

6. Confidentiality

All client information shared with us will be kept confidential and used only for property-related purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bhagwat Realty is not responsible for any loss or dispute arising from third-party sellers, buyers, or service providers.
